3. Booking and Payments
3.1. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the third-party suppliers in addition to our terms.
3.2. A booking is only confirmed when payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if payment is not received or fails to be processed.

5.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary documentation for your trip, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, insurance, and health certificates.
5.2. Shark Travels UAE is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation or failure to obtain required documents.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. However, Shark Travels UAE does not offer or sell travel insurance, and we are not responsible for any claims related to insurance or travel-related incidents.
6.2. We assume no responsibility for any loss, injury, or expense related to travel, medical emergencies, or trip disruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Shark Travels UAE acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, errors, delays, or defaults on the part of third-party suppliers.
7.2. Our liability is limited solely to the amount paid for the specific service booked through us and excludes any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or emotional distress.
7.3. Shark Travels UAE does not guarantee that services provided by third-party suppliers will meet your expectations or that they will be free of error, interruption, or delay.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Shark Travels UAE collects and processes personal data only for the purpose of providing the requested travel services. We respect your privacy and ensure that personal data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2. We will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, but we may share necessary information with third-party suppliers to fulfill your bookings.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. Shark Travels UAE is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
9.2. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any impact on your travel plans, but we will not be responsible for any resulting losses or inconveniences.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India.
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations or mediation. In case of failure to resolve disputes amicably, they shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of the India.
